Mas Cafe Bakery is a family owned business, established in June 2017 by Jose and Gloria Hinojos, located in Los Ranchos de Albuquerque.

Jose started his baking journey many years ago working for bakeries around Albuquerque. He started as a dishwasher and later paying close attention to how the Bakers worked their magic. After a long shift Jose came home and put what he watched and learned into practice.  Soon he was baking goodies for his friends and family from home. It wasn't long after, his creations were in high demand and with the support of his wife Gloria, Mas Cafe was opened.
